Weekend Round-Up: 1s' defeat confirms relegation
The OHAFC 1st XI will be playing Division One football next season, their relegation confirmed following a 4-3 defeat away to the Old Wykehamists on Saturday.
Another makeshift side featuring several 3s regulars twice fought back from falling behind to level at 3-3 going into the last five minutes. But Winchester snatched a late winner to ensure their would be no miraculous escape.
The team sheet and report from the game is now available in the results section.
There was some brighter news at the weekend as OHAFC legend Harry Woolley tied the knot at Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park, with many club members present for the big occasion. Legendary former President Fred Woolley was given one more chance to tell some of his greatest jokes, whilst former 1s player Nick Defty was best man. It is hoped Saturday's celebrations do not mark the end of Harry's outstanding OHAFC career.
