Weekend Round-Up: 10-man 1s out of Dunn Cup
The OHAFC 1st XI put up a brave fight, playing the entire game with only ten men, but were eventually knocked out of this season's Arthur Dunn Cup at the first hurdle, losing 2-1 to a late goal at the Old Brentwoods. Mike Okoigun, making his first OHAFC appearance of the season, scored Harrow's goal, skipper Fraser McGuinness marked his 100th appearance for the club with a penalty save and it looked as though the visitors would somehow manage to force a replay. But the Brentwoods scored from a corner with seven minutes remaining to seal the win and progress into the second round where they will host the Old Tonbridgians.
The 2s also tasted defeat, losing 3-1 away to the Old Aldenhamians (pictured). Again, a season debutant scored Harrow's goal, George Pratt levelling at 1-1 shortly before the break. But two long balls caught the Harrow back four out in the second half and the Blues left empty-handed.
Better news for the 3s however, as they completed the League double over the Old Kings Scholars courtesy of an 88th minute winner from Adam Graham. The substitute headed home a fine cross from Jake Speed to spark jubilant scenes of celebration on the Harrow School astroturf and send the Blues up to third in Division Four.
