Poor first half costs 1st XI in Forest loss
25 Jan 2014
The OHAFC 1st XI returned to action on Saturday after a fortnight's break and the rest appeared to hurt them badly as a lethargic first half display saw them trail 3-1 at home to Forest at the break.
With a gathering wind behind them in the second half the Blues gradually found their rhythm and after debutant Cyprian Owen-Edmunds had pulled a second back, constant pressure on the visitors' goal narrowly failed to produce the equaliser.
The defeat leaves Ed Poulter's men with little room for manoeuvre in mid-table: further losses in the coming few games will see them dragged into a relegation battle.
