OHAFC 1st XI finally get the better of the School

16 Nov 2014

The OHAFC 1st XI, handed the opportunity to take on the School on a Saturday afternoon for the first time in living memory, made full use of the chance and dished out 6-1 drubbing having fallen behind early on.

Both sides were missing some key players but the old boys proved too strong for their younger opponents and were 4-1 up at the break, Bemini Soyinka scoring a hat-trick.

The second half saw the older generation continue in the ascendency and goals from Ogyen Verhagen, who played superbly, and Alex Breeden completed the scoring.

The OHAFC return to League action with a trip to Brentwood next week.
