Monday, 12pm - The 32 teams are split into two, with 16 seeded teams made up of the 12 group winners from the opening stage plus four of the 8 teams dropping from the Champions League; the 16 unseeded teams are made up of the 12 runners-up from the group stages plus the remaining four sides from the Champions League.

Once again, clubs cannot face teams they played in the group stage, nor can they face clubs from the same country as themselves.
