Curry sizzles on debut as 1st XI hit double figures
A magnificent volley from debutant Ollie Curry helped the OHAFC 1st XI to their largest win in any competition this century and move within three points of ensuring promotion back into the Premier Division.
Curry connected first-time to send a volley flying into the far corner from twenty-five yards out in a first-half that the hosts won 5-1.
Another five goals flew in after the break with Curry, via a deflection, and Harry Hoffen both completing hat-tricks. David Lederman, with two free-kicks, and Alex Gilbert both helped themselves to two goals apiece.
Despite the size of the win, the team actually lost ground to Brentwood in terms of goal difference with the Essex side thumping Aldenham 11-1.
Nevertheless, a win at Malvern next week will confirm Harrow's promotion to the top division at the first time of asking.
