All grassroots football stopped during lockdown
5 Nov 2020
All grassroots football has been halted during the latest COVID lockdown in England. No Arthurian League or Veterans football will be played and no training sessions take place until the lockdown ends, scheduled to be December 2nd.
The break comes at a good time for the OHAFC, with all three Saturday sides struggling at the wrong end of their respective divisions. The Vets XI have yet to begin their Cup campaign, with the first meeting against Salopians or Bradfieldians now set to be played next year.
Any news on League football restarting following the lockdown will be posted here. The 1st and 2nd XIs have eleven League games remaining, the 3s have nine yet to be played. The 2s and 3s also have Cup campaigns yet to begin.
