The OHAFC 2nd XI fell to an unfortunate 2-0 defeat away to Merchant Taylors on Saturday, the hosts scoring either side of the break to consign the Blues to their first loss of the new season.

The visitors weren't helped in their endeavours by a couple of injuries to key men Geoff Taunton-Collins (knee) and Andres Hutchinson (quad) that saw both players' afternoons ended before the break.

Despite fashioning a couple of clear-cut chances, the Blues failed to convert and Taylors' second goal with twenty minutes remaining confirmed a disappointing result.
