2nd XI player and Manchester University student Jack Hill has launched an innovative product that he hopes will help add to the enjoyment of a night out with friends in the local pub.

Jack's entry into the Samsung 'Launching People' competition is a CD plaque which is placed on the wall of a pub inviting people to send a text to order number one hit songs from the date of their birthday or other milestones in their lives. The music is digitally streamed to the pub so can be listened to immediately.

Jack has already designed and created the first plaque, tested the technology and made his first sale.
