2nd XI march on with Epsom comeback
The OHAFC 2nd XI twice came from behind before overpowering a decent Epsom side on Saturday afternoon, Geoff Taunton-Collins' side running out 4-2 winners to extend their run to four consecutive victories and maintain the pressure on Division Three leaders Alleynians.
Trailing 1-0 at the break, the Blues were gifted an equaliser thanks to a careless error from the Epsom 'keeper. But the visitors scored again to regain their advantage leaving the 2s to mount a late onslaught in order to secure the points.
Gebminiyi Soyinka converted a Taunton-Collins cross to make it 2-2, Lederman then scored a fine individual goal to put the hosts in front for the first time in the game and a late tap-in from Hutchinson, following a parried effort from Soyinka, secured the result.
The 2s now have a week off before the visit of Citizens. The team lineup and match report from Saturday are now available in the results section here.
