1st XI throw away three-goal lead at KCS Wimbledon
A disastrous second-half display saw the OHAFC 1st XI throw away a three-goal lead and leave KCS Wimbledon with just a point on Saturday - as a result dropping the side to the foot of the Premier Division table.
The Blues, in desperate need of a win to aid their Premier Division survival hopes, made a dream start when school 1st XI captain George O'Malley scored in the first minute of his debut with his first touch of the game.
Two goals in two minutes from Alex Gilbert and Sam Pepys gave the visitors a three-goal cushion and at this stage they appeared to be cruising to only their second win of the season.
Wimbledon pulled a goal back shortly before the break with a well-worked move and they dominated the second half as Harrow's level inexplicably dropped off. The hosts scored a second from a long ball and then equalised directly from a free-kick. In the end, they were unfortunate not to collect all three points.
The draw, coupled with Brentwood's surprise win at home to leaders Forest, sees the OHAFC propping up the Premier Division table with just five games remaining this season.
