Sloppy 1st XI punished by ten-man Bradfield

15 Feb 2016

The OHAFC 1st XI produced comfortably their poorest display of the season on Saturday, failing to get to grips with either their opponents Bradfield or the greasy pitch to suffer a disheartening 3-0 defeat.

What made matters worse for Ed Poulter's men was the fact that for all but a ten minute spell midway through the first half the hosts were up against only ten men - one Bradfieldian arriving late, another withdrawing from the game with a knee injury shortly afterwards.

Apart from the final quarter of an hour the hosts never looked in control against a side whom they had beaten 5-0 just a few weeks previously. A sublime chip and two goals in a minute midway through the second half proved more than sufficient for the visitors and Harrow must now regroup to ensure their excellent start to the season is not wasted.
