1st XI hammer Winchester to close on promotion
22 Feb 2016
The OHAFC 1st XI registered their biggest win of the season on Saturday, destroying a poor Winchester side 8-1 on the Hill to move within two wins of promotion back into the top division of the Arthurian League.
James Breeden scored a hat-trick, including one superb solo effort, Alex Smith grabbed two and Gilbert, Alex Breeden and Lederman, with a rare header, the others.
The win keeps the OHAFC top of Division One but Brentwood's shocking 10-0 win at Repton means the top spot is still in the hands of the Essex side - Harrow must win their remaining five games and hope Brentwood drop points elsewhere if they are to claim the Division One title come April.
