1st XI earn comprehensive win over Brentwood

22 Nov 2014

The OHAFC 1st XI produced their best display of the season to earn a comfortable 5-1 win over Brentwood on the Hill on Saturday afternoon.

With a strong side available, Fred Richardson's men took the lead through a well-worked goal finished by Alex Gilbert. The sides were level soon after when Will Orr-Ewing conceded a penalty, but referee Adam Knight then gave the hosts the chance to re-take the lead with another, more controversial spot-kick, Lederman safely converting.

The second half saw the hosts gradually turn on the style and some excellent football was turned into goals thanks to strikes from Gilbert, Baker and Breeden to give the scoreline a one-sided look. The win lifts Harrow into seventh in the table, their highest position of the season.
