1s thrash Aldenham to close 2018 on a seven-goal high
Despite falling behind to an early goal, the OHAFC 1st XI quickly restored order against Aldenham on Saturday, eventually completing a routine 7-1 win against Division One's bottom side to end the year on a high.
James Breeden was the star of the show with four of the seven goals, including a couple of superb efforts. Older brother Alex added another couple, with Mike Okoigun completing the scoring. The win lifts the side back up into fourth in the table and, somewhat remarkably given the poor run of form earlier in the season, just four points behind the three teams above them. With eight games still to play this season, the race for promotion isn't over just yet.
The side now have enjoy their Christmas break and will return to action on January 12th.
